Pepper Poppers the whole fam will LOVE

We love this recipe so much. With the holidays coming up this is a sure favorite. in-fact I can promise it will be one of the first foods gone at any gathering. The best part is you can make it as spicy or un spice as you want. The recipe down below is how we make it. The spice is just right for my kids to eat.

Cook time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 bag of small peppers use what kind you like. (we like the orange, red and yellow.)

1 package of cream cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheese

3/4 pound sausage we use Hot sausage

2 diced green onions

Seasoning salt (we use Everglades original)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375.

2. Wash and cut in 1/2 and gut peppers set aside.

3. Cook sausage all the way. Pat the grease off with paper towel.

4. Put onion, cream cheese and cheese in a bowl. add sausage when done. mix together and season to taste.

5. Stuff the peppers and cook for 12 minutes (until peppers are cooked.) Serve immediately
